Does the 5G network compatible with 4G/3G network?
Yes, when there is no 5G network, it will switch to 4G network
automatically.
Which SIM card slot is for the main SIM card?
The left side SIM card slot is for the main SIM card, and you can
login the menu to configure the default main SIM card slot.
How to export the video file from the camera?
Connect the body camera to the PC and use the BWC-tool software to
back up the video files from the camera, or the camera support to
upload the video files to the center server through WIFI or 5G.
